The colors and textures throughout each home are inspired by the pure bright light twinkling on the water, the extraordinary turquoise blue of the sea; and the soft white sand as it warms in the sunshine.
BAYOU Beach Villa
Characterized by balance, elegance and earthy tones offer a modern twist on the fine Egyptian architectural style known and loved across the world. Integration between the Sea view with wide glazing facade and privacy represented in the street and neighbor facades.
The design desired to achieve comfortable spacious spaces which are connected to the fabulous surrounding and wonderful sea view by exposure the living room, dining room, and bedrooms to the seaside with taking into consideration the privacy intent for the individual villa from both sides by creating solid walls with minimum narrow openings.
