MELAR DESIGN & PARTNERS is a unique architectural design studio established in Europe in 2019 and expanded to the Middle East, based on our past experience in the MENA region of more than 15 years in a partnership with SVEC. We are committed to delivering contemporary architecture, modern interior design, sustainable master planning, and efficient project management. Our founder, Mohamed El Arabi, a RIBA Chartered Architect, believes in creating inspirational projects that balance comfort, practicality, and beauty through the integration of Mass, Space, and Human Needs.

Our team of experts is our most significant asset, and we carefully select the best-fit talent from our global network of Urban Designers, Master Planners, Landscape Architects, Regeneration and Sustainability Consultants, Value Engineering Consultants, and Interior Designers for each project. Our Design Principal oversees quality control and communication to ensure we deliver projects exceeding client expectations.

As a firm that embraces the Agile concept, we adopt an iterative and flexible approach to project management that emphasizes collaboration, communication, and continuous feedback. With licenses in Germany and UAE, we leverage both our international practices and regional expertise to cultivate unique capabilities, qualifications, and economies in all our upcoming projects. We continuously seek to push the boundaries of what is possible in the design and uncover new, innovative approaches to parametric architecture.

Although based in Germany, we are happy to travel for great projects to provide our clients with creative ideas that match their expectations technically and financially while keeping in mind local and international standards.
